Nat Milner is a husband, father, and entrepreneur who brings his unparallel experiences in the NYC restaurant scene to his current endeavors, Gabriela’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar, Gabriela’s Taqueria and other projects in the works. Growing up and working in his uncles restaurant empire (Carmine’s, Virgils, Dock’s, Ollies, Haru, etc), he had a front row seat to the development of the current NYC restaurant industry and uses that experience to guide his ongoing strategy and growth.
Nat Milner’s entrepreneurial journey has taken a winding path. From travels through Asia, to managing ski shops in the mountains of Colorado. From being a wilderness guide and commercial fisherman in Alaska, to becoming the Residential director of programs serving delinquent and runaway youth and a leading expert in Tequila, Nat has a wealth of experiences that allows him to see beyond the present situation.
As a ten year member of EO’s NYC chapter, Nat sees EO as a trusted community of friends and colleagues. The instant ability to connect and share with other EOers is what makes the chapter so great. Nat has joined the board to lend his voice and hands to help foster this rich community of leaders that have provided him so much benefit over the years.
