Before founding Romano Law in 2003, a boutique law firm focused on business and entertainment law, Domenic was an international corporate attorney at a large Manhattan law firm. Prior to that, he served as in-house legal counsel at an established biotech company.  He has appeared as a legal commentator on television networks such as NBC, CBS, CNN, HLN, FOX Business News and Bloomberg TV. Called upon to discuss business, sports and entertainment legal issues. Legal observations have also been quoted in the New York Times, The Independent, Entertainment Weekly, International Business Times and Adweek.

Born in Toronto, Canada to Italian parents. Tri-national (citizen of U.S., Canada and E.U. – Italy) and tri-lingual (English, Italian and French). Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (TV Academy). Completed 8 marathons (including New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, Vermont and Rome) and over 30 half-marathons. Favorite concert is a private performance by Chicago. A history buff who regularly enjoys a good laugh, but takes pizza seriously. A professional sports fan, especially when it comes to hockey (Maple Leafs) and baseball (Blue Jays).
Domenic lives in Manhattan with his wife and law partner, Shaliz Sadig, and newborn daughter.
