There’s nothing I love more than a great experience, whether I’m in the market for a new product, exploring a new city or acquiring a new skill. So every business I’ve founded, funded or acquired – has revolved around elevating the customer experience through human connection.

As an entrepreneur, investor and advisor, I have started and transacted a series of businesses that drive discovery and consumer experience by building and scaling networks that delivered everything from product sampling to qualitative insights and audience data to online impressions and engagement. My clients over the past two decades have included such retailers as Walmart, Foot Locker, LL Bean, Coach, Kohl’s, CVS and H&M, as well as blue chip brands including Frito-Lay, Kraft Foods, Procter & Gamble and M&M Mars. My latest venture, Palabra, helps businesses strengthen connections with clients, prospects and communities through powerful curated events both on and offline. I believe trust is foundational in business, and that real human connection can drive impact in our organizations as we forge new working relationships, deepen our existing client base, and grow our teams.

Outside of work, I am a passionate traveler, avid adventurer, and love a challenge. My family and I have lived overseas and traveled to 50+ countries, and I have completed an Ironman Triathlon; ran a 100 mile race in the Himalayas; completed the Inca Trail Marathon in the Andes; and trekked or climbed some of the highest peaks on four of the seven continents: Mt. Elbrus (18,510 feet in Russia…the highest mountain in Europe); Cotopaxi (19,347 feet in Ecuador); Mt Kilimanjaro (19,341 feet in Tanzania…the highest mountain in Africa) and Mt. Rainier (14,411 feet in the United States) My current goal is to climb Aconcagua (22,841 feet in Argentina…the highest mountain in South America).
