Jordan Solender is a serial entrepreneur based in Bethesda, Maryland who owns and operates companies across five verticals: IT and technology, procurement, private equity, live events, and coaching for C-level executives.
His current focus is Solender AI, where he and his team serve as fractional Chief AI Officers for a limited number of companies each month. Unlike advisory-only engagements, Jordan comes with a full build team, so strategy turns into working systems fast. Solender AI designs and deploys autonomous AI agents and automations that handle real operational work, from AI voice agents and chatbots managing customer intake and appointment booking to pricing intelligence systems that monitor competitors and update e-commerce catalogs automatically.
Jordan is also the founder of Solender Capital, an independent private equity sponsor pursuing acquisitions on a deal-by-deal basis, where he applies an operator’s lens to sourcing, diligence, and value creation.
His broader portfolio includes IT Select, an AI-powered IT procurement firm, a live events and entertainment company in Maryland, and an executive coaching practice for C-level leaders. He previously founded and exited Premier Technology Advisors. Jordan is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, serving on the board of EO DC before joining EO New York.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys weightlifting competitions, golf, and live music. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife of ten years, Rachel, and their three boys under six.
