We all carry unconscious bias — the split-second assumptions that shape how we read a room, size up an opportunity, and judge the people across the table. As leaders, those instincts quietly influence who we hire, who we trust, and who we back. EONYC’s inaugural New Member Breaking Barriers Dinner puts that topic where it belongs: on the table, over dinner, among peers. This dinner-and-dialogue evening draws on our EO Forum mindset skills to create a safe, judgment-free space where members share authentic perspectives with open minds and genuine curiosity; no lectures, no right answers, just an honest conversation about the biases we’d all rather examine than ignore.
At each dinner, four new members will be joined by a small group of established members, We’re now looking forthree established members to join each dinner and help welcome our newest members into the EO experience.
Moderators for the dinners will be Shad Mohammed former EONYC President and President-Elect Robin Hafitz.
